We have a large suite of databases that we purchases to manage our ISO documentation. We have been using these databases since version 4.6 of Notes. Now that we’ve upgraded our servers to 6.5, we’ve started to notice that some random documents have tables that run off the right side of the screen and off the right side of the page when printed. The table that gets pasted into each procedure when it is created is actually a fixed table that isn’t even as wide as the page, so I’m not sure why this is happening. I’m assuming it has something to do with these being legacy documents that were created in earlier versions of Notes. Does anyone have any idea on how this might be fixed? There isn’t a global setting that says whether something is portrait or landscape, is there?
This is also affecting some tables that were created by the user in on some of the rich text fields. These tables are not part of the form design but created by the users. These tables would be randomly scattered over more than a thousand documents.
