Tables and drop shadows

I’ve had problems with tables and drop shadows for years. If I have a centered table that is a different color than the form it is on with a drop shadow, it will often appear to be rendered incorrectly, with the shadow separated from the table by about 1/8th of an inch.

If I click on the form, outside the table, things line up correctly, otherwise, it stays that way.

This doesn’t always happen, but it seems to happen pretty often.

Has anyone else seen this behavior or know how to avoid it?

I like the way drop shadows look, but I’ve had to remove them from a number of tables because of this.

I have not been able to reproduce this. Can you give some steps that can help us out.

Sorry, but I can’t reproduce it at will. I have a few forms that have this behavior. I have several other similar forms that do not have this behavior. I’ve gone over a couple of the problem forms with a fine tooth comb and I can’t figure out what the problem is.

I’d be happy to let you look at my forms if there is a way to get them to you.
