I am sending an email to an internet address from a document which has a SendTo, CopyTo, Body & Subject fields by using @MailSend. The document has a table. When the recipient gets the email, the table is all messed up.
But if I send the same email from my mail file to the same internet address, the table and formatting works fine. Any ideas? Is there a problem with the @MailSend?

On the Notes client’s current location document check the field labelled “format for messages addressed to internet addresses”. This can be found on the “Mail” tab. My guess is that you have it set to MIME and they have it set to “Notes Rich Text Format” (or it could be the other way around!).Changing the setting on their client should fix the issue.
