Tabbed Tables in MS Outlook (Notes Style)

My organisation is unfortunately moving its mail platform from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange using Outlook 2007. In Lotus Notes, I could create a tabbed table in an email message that allowed users to select a copy of the message in their native language. Does anyone know if it is possible to do something similar in Outlook or know of any 3rd party tools that can do this?

Thank you.

I’m not sure how you’d do this in word.

The programming environment in Outlook is VBA, IF your admins give you rights to create VBA or your users to execute VBA since VBA is a primary virus vector.

Your best bet is to head over to one of the MS forums and see what you can scare up. They be the experts on MS products.

When we made the switch, I had to just write off using email for any kind of developer/admin functions since we do not have rights to create or execute VBA in Outlook.

Guys, thank you for the responses. I will have to rethink how I send out corporate communications using Outlook.

Thanks anyway. - Steve
