I’ve set up a tabbed table that displays tabs based upon a keywork change in a field. For instance, if the user chooses radio button number 1, only the first tab displays, radio button 2, both tabs 1 and 2 display. Works great, except the tab selection does not refresh without saving the document each time a different radio button is selected.
In essence, it looks like the “Refresh fields on keyword change” does not work for tabs on a table. (text in a row on a tabbed table).
I could create a button that is pressed when the user selects the number of tabs (rows) that they want, but I would rather it refreshes automatically like the display of a field does.
Any ideas?

I’m not sure what you mean “the tab selection does not refresh”. Are you talking about the hide formulas in the contents of the table cells? Because I just now created a form with a keyword field on it and a tabbed table with hide formulas on the contents of each of the cells, and it refreshes the hide formulas just fine when I change the keyword. Perhaps you could provide more detail about what you’re doing, e.g. are subforms involved, what exactly happens that you don’t like?

I have two keyword fields…lets call them…Do you want to take a test? (yes, no)…Yes displays the next field…How many tests? (1-5). After choosing the number, the corresponding table and number of tabs appears. Changing the number does not change the number of tabs that appear. Setting up a button that refreshes the form will make it work. It should change the number of tabs based upon the corresponding keyword selection. It’s pretty frustrating. I’ve tried just about every combination that I can think of to make it work. Maybe I am just not grabbing the text well, but I don’t think so.
I’m grateful for any help here.
