I have a user who is getting sporadic results from her Tab key when sending a new memo. She is consistently able to use the tab after completing the address fields to get to the Subject line, but about 50% of the time she cannot use the Tab to get from the subject to the body. Hitting the Tab key in this situation has no effect, no movement or error. Anyone run into this one or have ideas?

Have the same thing, upgraded 30 clients this morning to 6.0.2CF2 and one of them has the issue. Turns out this user tried to launch R5 Notes during upgrade process, which may or may not be the cause of it.
Subject: When this occurs… Ctrl+M,+C,+V also dont work properly
CTRL+M acts the same as ENTER, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V both just don’t work.
Have a PMR with Lotus on this as its happening on the head guy’s machine. But only on one install out of about 70

I also have a user who cannot use the ctrl+x ctrl+c or ctrl+v keys. It’s only in the body of the memo that this happens, but they are able to right click and choose cut/copy/paste or use the edit menu.
I have not been able to track down any sort of resolution or even mention of this in the support section. I will be reinstalling soon to see if that resolves the issue.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
