Sys Tray icon in 8.0.2, pops up then disappears really fast, any ideas? My users love the feature but now it is gone so fast they do not see it.

Have you tried to set it to not hide?
To do this right click on the “Start” button and choose “Properties”.
When the properties window comes up make sure you are on the “Taskbar” tab and click on the “Customize” button at the bottom of the window across from the “Hide inactive icons” check box.
You may have to scroll down to the past items to find the “You have new mail…”
Click on it in the list and under behavior choose “Always show”.
