Syncronize email to the mobile phone

HI All,How can I syncronize my e-mail & my calendar to my Nokia 9210 phone?

What is the software needed & what are the things that has to be done on the server side?

I’ve got a product called Nokia PC Suite 5 from the Nokia site. You can also get it at tons of free shareware sites. It’s free and it works really well with Notes. I use a 7250i and have had no probs with the software so far.
