I’m having issues synchronizing my contacts - I have followed all steps to enable replication - replicator goes through motion - looks as is replicating - then receive a message that the replaicatin failed - replication disable for this database. I’ve enabled in my location document - went through contacts preference and enabled there as well…any suggestions??

We found that the template pernames.ntf did not have the correct profile version for DirectoryProfile form. This is used in the contacts preferences area.If its out of date, it doesn’t show all the synchronization fields that should appear at the top.
Open the users Contact Preferences in Standard mode (close Notes, run notes.exe from Programs \ IBM \ Notes)
Click on File \ Preferences and open the Contacts tab. If the preferences do not contain all options as shown in the snapshot below, replace the pernames.ntf making sure that the DirectoryProfile form has the correct fields. This worked for us in most cases.
