I have a user on my notes network who uses both a Blackberry for mail and a mobile phone for - yeah phone calls. He wants his personal address book and the company address book on both devices and this has been working for some time now.
But suddenly some contacts created on the Notes client has disappeared on the Notes client and on the Blackberry but is still on the mobile phone.
And when he tries to sync the mobile phone, it says it has over 200 changes it wants to replicate.
We have been there before resulting in contacts beeing doubled. The trick then was to delete the doubles on the Notes client, clear everything on both the Blackberry and the mobile phone and then force a new replication to both.
But what happens - and what can be done to prevent this.
