Sync manager offline schedule

Hiya,

Firstly, thanks for reading this post.

Secondly, this should have a simple answer … :slight_smile:

I have opened the Domino Sync Manager and opened the properties for an Offline Quickplace. Then selected Schedule.

I have changed the schedule to run Daily, rather than Sync every hour.

Once the Offline Quickplace Sync’d , the schedule ‘defaulted’ back to hourly, and i had to set this again.

Is there a setting on the QP server that will allow me to set a Global setting to Daily Sync, rather than hourly ?

If not, then how to i get the setting to stay Set ? I am manager of the QP btw…

Subject: Sync manager offline schedule .fixed.

I have managed to fix this by copying some design elements from DOLRES.NTF to the Quickplace MAIN.nsf file.

The two main elements were : “DOLS Offline Configuration” form and the “Edit Offline Configuration”.

Once these were placed into the design of Main.nsf for the QP in queston, you can open the Main.nsf in your Notes client and select Actions “Edit Offline Configuration” and this gives you all the Global control on Offline Subscriptions.
