A client wants to sync his Lotus Notes and his Palm Pilot using the Web version instead of the LN client. Is this possible? and if so, how?
Subject: Sync LN6 with Palm Pilot over Internet
You would have to have something that pushes the information to the Palm, which means either a Domino Everyplace Server or a Palm Wireless Messaging Server. I’ve never done this, only read about it, so that’s about as much information as I can give you. I hope that at least gives you a direction to start your search.

The real question is what do they really want to do?
There are several products that will let you do server-based sync for a Palm or PocketPC. No need to have a Notes client at all (the PDA talks directly to a service running on the server).
I’ve posted this list before (thank to copy-and-paste!), but I’d suggest you check out:
Cadenza mNotes (http://www.commontime.com)
Pylon Pro (http://www.avantgo.com)
Intellisync (http://www.pumatech.com)
XTND Connect (http://www.extendedsystems.com)
All of these sync products have server-based options.
