Sync Calendar & Contacts problem

Hello,

I’m new in Lotus Notes and I hope someone can help me…

I’m trying to sync my lotus calendar and contacts with my phones ( nokia with s60 os and a htc with android 2.1 os) but I’m only able to sync the contacts, when it starts with the calendar sync I get the error on both sync applications:

Lotus Notes API error 0x00001902 (Could not open the ID file)

I already checked the notes.ini file and the keyfilename and the mailfile are pointing to the right directory/file…

What should I do/try next to make this sync work?

What program are you trying to sync the phones using - Notes directly, Traveler, or something else?Where are you doing the sync - on the phone or in Notes?

What applications are you seeing the errors in - Notes or on the device?

I’m trying to do the sync with the phones app: Nokia pc suite and HTC sync.I get the same error in both applications.My coleagues are using the same phone/app and theirs is working fine. I also have already tried to sync one of theirs phone with my Lotus Notes but I got the same error message…

Any ideas?

Who developed the application - I am trying to learn the actual name of the SDK API that is returning that error.

sorry, I don’t know how to see this SDK API.

The only thing I can tell you is that the application is from NOKIA it self and it’s the NOKIA PC SUITE version 7.1.51.0…

How can I know this sdk api that you talk about?
