Symphony spreadsheet shows different nos. in Open Office

One of my users has created a spreadsheet where the top row of numbers differs between Lotus Symphony - version bundled with Notes - and Open Office 2.4.

How should this be reported?

Subject: PMR

You should create a PMR for that.

Subject: Spreadsheet error

Teh last time I tried to do that IBM wanted to charge me for the privilege.

Subject: Lol - like this - But I guess it has been years ago?

If you are in Maintanance (or bought your licenses less than a year ago), you should be able to do this officially and free (at least I got told so - did not do one this way in many years).

If you are a BP Partner (or work together with one) There is way to do so for them in the worldwide Partner Forum, too. - But only if you don’t expect a timely feedback at all.

Subject: We are a Business Partner but …

Unless we pay for specific support there does not seem to be any way to report this. I have just been through the dreadful Partnerworld site again and cannot find any way to report this without paying.

Subject: Go to the worldwide Partner forum, register, it is in there. It was actually improved, recently.

( a way to get your SPR thru, not one to get timely answers).
