every time I switch ids I get multiple pop-ups about outgoing mail pending… I do not use lotus notes for my mail client.
where can I shut this off??

Subject: mail.box and/or smtp.box
Do a File | Open | Lotus Notes Application and down in the filename window type mail.box. You should find messages in there and you should just delete them all. You may have to do the same thing for smtp.box.
