HiWe are about to go live on D6 nnetwork. During testing, when a user starts Notes from a workstation that that is ‘not’ his own and logs in by switching to his own ID, the login completes with no problems. He then proceeds to open his own mail box. Everything works just fine. However, after about 15 minutes, the red box appears and he crashes out.
Any suggestions how to fix this is appreciated.
