I have installed notes 9 gold on Fedora 17. Everything seemed to install correctly but I do not have Sametime Unified Telephony panel showing up on the right hand side. I saw that there were instructions to edit the plugin_customization.ini file and add the enableSUT=true option. I did that and did not see any difference. Then I found additional feedback that suggested if that didn’t work to create a file under notes/data/workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings named com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.prefs and add the enableSUT=true option there. Neither worked.
Previously I had been using notes 8.5.3 and all plugins worked. What else could be the issue? Just to see if it was my id, I created a new linux user id and reconfigured notes 9 client from scratch. I repeated the same steps and SUT still does not show up.
Can’t figure out what else to do.
