SUSetRunasWizard.exe creates no output

I am having a problem trying to create a smart upgrade kit with the SUSetRunasWizard.exe program shipped with Notes 8.5.1.

I step through the dialog box and fill everything in but at the end get a blank screen with a ‘Done’ button. No surunas.exe is created and no SURunasWizard.log log file is created.

I’ve tried a wide variety of information in the dialog screens without success.

Any suggestions?

Hi,I use it by time with good results. I try before with 8.5.1 version with RunAs Package and netwok path both work fine.

I’d try to check the folder security were you try to do it.

Try this: copy SUSetRunasWinzard.exe in your PC, where you are administrator I think, and create the package.

Subject: Tried local folders with no success

Hi

I’ve tried it on my local PC, with the source files on the local pc. I’ve tried including the source files and linking to them.

Does anyone know where I can obtain an earlier version of the utility?

Subject: Works on a different PC

Not sure what was stopping it from running on my laptop but it works fine on another PC.
