I tried to create a SURunAs package with SUSetRunAsWizard.exe from Notes 8.5.2 (v8.5.20.10222).The fix pack has been extracted to the local folder C:\SmartUpgrade\851FP4.
The wizard always stops with the error message:
“Failed to read resource C:\SmartUpgrade\851FP4\deploy\plugin_customization.ini. Error 0 - The operation completed successfully.”.
The error occurs on Windows XP and Windows 7.
When I use the SUSetRunAsWizard.exe from Notes 8.5.1 (v8.5.10.9271) everything works fine.
Update:
SUSetRunAsWizard.exe seems to have problems with empty files. As soon as plugin_customization.ini contains some characters the wizard stops at the next empty file (in this case install.properties).
So keep a copy of SUSetRunAsWizard.exe from Notes 8.5.1 if you need to create SURunAs packages.
