I’m in the process of putting together some numbers on support resources for Domino. I think this would be good info for everyone to have at budget time.
What I have in mind is how many admins (FTE’s) people have to support x number of users and what platforms (Domino, QP, ST, BB, etc) they are supporting.

Too generic a question as there are many other factors that play into this, such as number of locations (such as other countries), users in each location, where servers are located, etc.

I agree - but it would definitly be an interesting idea to have some magic “formula” to calculate the needs… Just put in all the variables into an equation and get the result presented in a fast way.
