I am in process of gathering info and also take into consideration the use of SATA but don’t know if they will perform well in server with over 150 mailboxes…

I have a server in the next room with about 3500 databases of various kinds on it, about 1000 of which are mail files. It’s SATA RAID. Been running for over a year on both Domino 5 and 6.5. No problems whatsoever.
