I have a client who’s messeges suddenly changed to the classic red color to symbolize unread. Why does this happen. My Notes administrator tells me this happens when there is a glitch on the Notes server. I’m hoping for a little better description. I know this is a known issue but I would like to provide users with a better explaination than its just what happens sometimes. Many thanks!
