Subfom not being sent with form after document is "resent"

We are running the 6.5.2 client. We have a database that sends mail using NotesDocument.Send using send with form. The mail is received in the user’s mail box just fine. The form displays as it should. The form has a button that sends an email to a second user. The form also has subforms. When the form arrives in the second user’s mailbox it does not have any subforms. If @mailsend is used then it works fine. The problem seems to only occur with Lotusscript send.

but it says the problem was fixed in 6.0 and we are running 6.0.
