Sub folder moved from one folder to another, reverts back to original folder

A repeat of a problem Raymond Duncan was having, for which there was no answer ----->

I have a user also, who moves sub folders from one folder to another within her mail file. The folder show in the correct place inside the destination folder. However, when she closes and reopens the mail file, the subfolder has returned to it’s original location. I’ve tried rebuilding view indexes, deleting local cache, running fixup, compact, updall. If I open the users mail file from my desktop through Administrator, the same thing happens, so clearly there is something in her mail file that’s not quite right. I have also tried replacing the design of the mail file, and upgraded it from the 7.0.2 to 7.0.3 template, all without success. Any clues before I go to IBM with this?

Drag and drop of subfolder fails if folder name contains a double space

Perfect… thanks for that. The destination folder name had a space on the end. Removed the space and all is good :slight_smile:
