Stream attachments in a document

Hi All,

Is it possible to stream attachments present in a document with/without extracting them to file system.

I am creating a word document based on HTML using streams and then outputting the same to the browser using Print statement and then displaying the same to the user using Content type of application/msword.

I have handle to the document which contains all the attachments.

So, is it possible to read the attachments and then append to the stream which is creating the word document?

Thanks,

–Phani

Thankyou for the link.

But the Base64 decoding is not working fine. It is returning blank. As mentioned in the link I used the following code -

docstream = attstream.ReadText

filedata=Mid(docstream,x +10, y-x-11) 'Where x and y are the initial and final position of . I got the data and I am able to read it at this point

'Decode from Base 64

filedata=decodeBase64(filedata)

But when I output filedata it is returning blank here.

Could you let me know what went wrong.

Thanks,
