Hi all I have users who access a server over the web. There is a form there that allows them to change their password. That request gets submitted to adminP
Well here is where it gets strange. Once it’s submitted and it runs, i get the error,
“Error connecting to (server name) The server is not responding and may be down, please contact your admin…”
The thing is the server IS up and running because i’m watching the console and seeing the error as it goes by.
Any ideas?

I know it has been two months since you posted this but in case you have not found the answer try checking the server document for your server. On the basic page there is a section called " Server Location Information". In that section is a setting for Mail Server. If that is not the name of your server, change it to be the same. It looks like agents run from the web sometimes, if not always, use that field to determine the server name.
