We are testing Notes 9 and have seen some strange results when sending emails. This doesn’t happen all the time, just a few times a day. There appears to be no specific reason to it. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas…
When a user sends email, they have experienced occasions where the recipient gets a ‘new mail’ notification but when they check their inbox nothing has arrived. The sender has something in their Sent Items but it is a blank mail that is addressed to themself???
We are using Notes Client 9 but still using the Notes 8.5 backend/templates
