We have a couple of users that can’t see all the documents in their sent view and/or their all documents view yet if I open up their mail file I can see everything. I’ve tried rebuilding the bookmark.nsf, deleting cache. We have had this problem intermittently for a few users, sometimes the bookmark fix will work, other times not. Sometimes the problem will clear up on it’s own, other times it won’t. Any thoughts? I’ve searched the forums and can’t find anything.
Subject: did they unintentionally click “View Unread”?
Have them look at the last button on the right, at the top of their inbox (to the right of Tools). Does it say “View Unread”? If it doesn’t, then they may have accidentally clicked it. If they did, they will see a “View All” button instead. Have them click the View All button.

There is no View Unread in Sent view. For the user that is having the problem in their All Docs I verified they were viewing all. Any other thoughts?
