I have run into a real strange problem in sending mail. I have a simple email message that contains a GIF image (company logo) at the top … If I send the message directly from my email box from the Notes Client (6.52) and send the mail to a NON Notes mail box (Comcast) - it comes across perfectly . Logo is intact and the message look perfect. If however I create a simple agent - Simple Actions - Send Document and then send the very SAME email I just sent the email comes across without the logo. All I get is the text and the standard red square where the image/logo should be.
I have tried this multiple times and have the same result.
I need to be able to send email via an agent (LS , JS or Simple) does not matter. … but I am puzzled as to why I see a difference
Anyone encounter such a problem?? or any pointers as to options I need to set in my Preferences. I have Preferences for Internet mail set to HTML,Plain Text and encoding to UTF-8.
