Hi, I have a strange situation where if anyone sends a mail to our main board’s alias, ie with all the top dogs on it, they get a bounceback saying that the mail couldn’t be delivered to…the previous notes admin here! obviously he should not ever have been on this alias, and he’s been in a ‘denied’ group since he left and as far as i was concerned has been completely removed. If you search for his name in the NAB then it comes up with about 52 instances, but I’m figuring that this is down to the fact that he created these particular aliases? has he somehow done something sneaky like create an agent to forward a mail to him when sent to the main board’s alias? i can’t find any such agents but you never know. can anyone shed any light on this? many thanks…

1.Check your main board’s alias’s property & who has access to it2.Check forwarding address in people & group
3.Check weather any rule exist to forward these message.
4.Check weather previous admin exist in that alias.
- Check restrictions & controls in - configuration-> messaging->Restrictions & controls.
