Two weeks ago, we upgraded our Lotus Domino 7.0.1 to 7.0.2, in general, every is fine, but the problem is one server which is one active mail server experienced unexpected shutdown for a few times sand cannot auto restart even though “auto restart after server crash” is set in the server document, after checking the log.nsf, no clue at all, only find tha one message is relayed to outside SMTP relay host before the server shutdown, nothing else.
Another thing is within these two days. two users’ personal documents suddenly disppeared from names.nsf, no info in log.nsf and admin4.nsf at all.
Please give kind advices for above two issues. How to trace this actions if possible?
