I have some users that have problems with the encoding in mail that they recieve from a few recipients. Same in dwa and notes client.Notes 8.5 and R8 template on this user below.
In the sent box everything looks fine but when the reciever got the mail å,ä and ö is unreadable.
Example;
s堳er du hur vi jobbat fram reglagekampanjsidan.
OK att kvidare p嬠eller hur?
Last time we had a PMR at IBM they demand to get log files from the recipients and that is not possible!
