Strange delegated calendar issues - any ideas?

I’ve searched the forums and found situations similar to what I am about to describe, but this is a little different, too.

One of our VP’s calendars is delegated to his Exec. Assistant. When she accepts meetings in his behalf, they show up on his calendar, but when she accesses his calendar from her PC, they are not showing up at all. She walks over to his PC and sure enough, they are there. Her ACL gives her sufficient access to his mail file. What makes this strange situation even stranger is that others in the same office who also have access to his calendar can see the missing entries just fine.

Has anyone come across this situation before? All of this is happening repeatedly to some pretty powerful folks here, and some are starting to lose faith in Notes/Domino… :frowning:

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Shawn

A few things:

What version of notes is He using, client and design of mail file, as well as her.

What access does she have compared to those who can see the entries?

How is she accessing his calendar? Via a bookmark, or using her calendar and navigating to his by choosing open another user’s calendar button?

You’ve probably checked this all ready, but just making sure. . .

Both of them are using the 6.5.1 client with corresponding 6.5.1 mail files. She is listed as having the same access as all others who have been delegated access to the mail file.I’m not sure how she’s accessing his calendar…would that make any difference?

Thanks for the reply and the ideas!
