Strange Agent Problem

The following agent is not scheduled, but kicked off by me.

It has been working just fine for about 6 months – now it doesn’t work anymore. Actually, the only thing that it doesn’t do is set the Notified field to “Yes” which is the last thing. I’ve even tried moving it up a few lines, but that didn’t change anything.

Does anyone have any suggestions or see any problems with the code?

After one hour, server sessions are automatically dropped and users will need to re-login to continue. However, if the session is dropped before you have had an opportunity to select the ‘Save Draft’ or ‘Submit Request’ buttons, all unsaved information will be lost. To avoid this, save your information often by using the ‘Save Draft’ button on the form.”+@NewLine+@NewLine+””;

Subject: Update Document or Edit Rights

There are two things I can think of that might affect this.

First, if your access to these records has changed from Editor or above to Author. I assume that is not the case.

Second, if the agent has changed to Select Documents in View rather than Modify Documents in the coding frame of the Formula agent. Check the lower right corner. It should say Modify Documents.

No change to both. Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

What is the trigger for the agent?Is there anything after the FIELD statement? (I noticed there is no SELECT statement)

You said everything else works…so the mail is delivered?
