Subject: Configuration Document - Router/SMTP - Outgoing Mail
There you have to fields to restrict internet adresses and Notes adresses to send.
Put the users internet adress in the first and his hierachical Notes name in the second and that should do the trick.
Subject: Configuration Document - Router/SMTP - Outgoing Mail
Hi,
Doing it via Outbound smtp control means user will receive a notification that “user xxx is restricted from …” is there a way we can customize or remove the notification? Thanks
Subject: Rules
There’s no way to disable the message by default afaik.
But you could use a rule.
As this is generated by the Server I doubt a server rule will work. So I assume you have to put a rule in the users mailfile that deletes the message with the specific subject.
Not perfect but a possible workaround.

Thank you all
Subject: Try MK Email Size Limiter
From www.mknetwork.comHere you will be able to do it in the workstation itself. That is, the user clicks on SEND and a dialog box will appear saying that he/she cannot send an email to that recipient… it’s better to give the error in the workstation rather than generating an NDR.
