About 1 every twodays Domino starts up something called database designer. It then updates a bunch of databaes. After it completes my domino webserver crashes and the meeting services for sametime and domino crash. I didn’t schedule this database desigbner so I think it must be built in with domino or sametime
How do i disable it? Is there a scheduler that is running?

I would not recommend disabling it, other than maybe temporarily. It is probably run by SERVERTASKSAT1 in your NOTES.INI (tho’ it could be done with a program document). The Design task is important for applying changes from templates to databases. It should run every day.
Are you sure that Designer is the culprit? Search for NSD in this forum to read the dump file. Temporarily disable the Designer to see if that helps. I doubt it. If you have a support contract, IBM/Lotus Support can help.
