If the total number of mails, we receive about 70 percent SPAM. The configuration specifies:
List.DSBL.Org; Relays.ORDB.Org; L.SpamCop.Net; BL.SpamHus.Org; BlackHoles.Mail-Abuse.Org
as the blacklists. Some mail gets blocked but we still receive far too many SPAM mails.
Who knows better blacklists or other low-cost solutions?

Subject: check out SpamJam by Granite Software
it will not only cut down on a lot of spam but allows individual users to restore false positives. You can also manage white lists.
Listing too many blacklists isn’t advised as it requires a lot of lookups.

Darren Crockers’ no.spam.domino for instance. It’s a lot cheaper than SpamJam, and it’s license is server based, not user based. SpamJam is fine, but definitely not a ‘low cost’ solution, imho.
