I still have the problem with the [IMAGE] tags in my mails. I checked the setting in the person document, but it says “Keep in senders’ format” I tried every setting but nothing works. I think this is still a big problem.
I run Client 6.0.3 and the server is 6.0.2CF1 on an OS/400.
Any help appriciated…

I have the same issue with the same version of server. I am going to update my server to 6.5.1… I will let you know the results.

This is still a problem with 4 out of our 15 users… frustrating.
The person document is set correctly. The server has been booted/rebooted. Mailx.box has been recreated etc…
Any ideas?

I have found a solution…
Disable any ‘BEFORE NEW MAIL ARRIVES’ agents. Agents of these types force the router to convert the HTML into Notes RichText…
As a suggestion - change the agent to run after new mail arrives…

Try deleting the perweb.nsf database on the local machine.
