Still can't download 8.5.2 from US location

Still getting errors that the files are not found on the server when trying to download the 8.5.2 release for server and client.

I don’t understand how that can be acceptable for this long?

Hi,

As you know Notes/Domino and Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.2 were release yesterday, 24 August, 2010. The file rollout process is a series of steps that push the released files out to regions, worldwide. It can sometimes take 24-48 hours to complete the rollout to all regions and during this period customers are advised to select and download from the PassportAdvantage servers in Ireland. Other regions are expected to be complete later today, 25 Aug.

Try Ireland.

My download of 1,77 GB done OK.

I’m getting error “file not on server” when using US site.

Thanks…I am downloading from the Ireland servers. Just wondering why we still can’t download from the US site?

Subject: about 30 minutes from Ireland site

1.2 Gb from Ireland in about 30 minutes.Also, the client took about 30 minutes to install on my T60 dual core. This is going to be a tough roll-out for me since it takes so long. Everyone is a laptop user who takes their laptops home at night.
