Steps to AddNew Dropdown Menu after HELP menu in inotes 8.5

I need to add a new dropdown menu to inotes 8.5.2 main menu after the hep menu.The menu will contains links to some external websites.

This menu is generated from Modepanel_SkinComponent_Lite.
