I have been asked by management to figure out a way to monitor all mail received by or sent by any specific user who may be under suspicion of wrongdoing.
Is there a pre-fab way of doing this in Domino or will it require creating some mail file agents or perhaps using a third party tool?

The way I have seen it done in the past is by creating a copy of the mail template, modifying the memo and reply forms to BCC all sent mail to a central db.
You can also create an agent that will run when new mail arrives to copy all new mail into the central db too.
Make sure that you have a mod on the central mail db to strip return receipts etc.
