I need some help in interpreting these cluster statistics:

FOR SERVER A

Replica.Cluster.SecondsOnQueue = 4

Replica.Cluster.SecondsOnQueue.Avg = 16

Replica.Cluster.WorkQueueDepth = 14

Replica.Cluster.WorkQueueDepth.Avg = 55

FOR SERVER B

Replica.Cluster.SecondsOnQueue = 8

Replica.Cluster.SecondsOnQueue.Avg = 13

Replica.Cluster.WorkQueueDepth = 22

Replica.Cluster.WorkQueueDepth.Avg = 47
