Im asked to provide sent and received emails per day for 3 specifics emails adresses (databases) and if possible to automate a weekly rapport with these stats inside.
Could anyone point me to the right direction to accomplish it please ?

Does the database retain copies of these sent and received emails? If so, I would just set up a ‘newsletter’ agent that runs daily or weekly on any new documents ‘since last run’ that are based on this mail form. The newsletter email/summary will have a link to the individual messages. You may need to build a hidden view on which to base this newsletter. It should all be in the Notes help as to how.
However, if you don’t capture sent copies, or the newsletter agent isn’t an option, another reliable method would be to set up mail journaling and then capture and report on those messages. The newsletter method is a whole lot faster and easier though.
