Stationery Memo Return Receipt Issue

Hello All,

I am having trouble with the Return Receipt with New mail created from a Stationery Memo. I have realized that if I create a Personal Stationery with options to have return receipt it seems to work fine. Does anyone know of a workaround to fix this( Design changes). I am using the notes 6.5.1 mail template.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
