We have an address book, that when someone types a letter in the “start with…” dialog box to sort text, it will not grab the correct row and so it will not sort correctly for our user.
For example, user will open the address book, click on the column we have called business and type in the letter … a …. The address book will jump to business names starting with the letter a and we are happy because it sorted correctly. but the user in the same address book types an …o… and this time it jumped to a business name that starts with f, it didn’t sort correctly and it appears that it grabbed the second line in that cell that started with o, the city name.
