I have one machine that gives me problems with R6.5.
A few weeks ago, the server thats installed on that machine could not be started. The error sayd there wasn’t a notes.ini. But it was.
Finaly I put back a old notes.ini and the server worked again.
Today on the same machine the 6.5 client wouldn’t start. Names.nsf was missing. I checked it, but it was there. I checked the notes.ini settings but they where okay.
I emptied the notes.ini and started the client.
Entered the setup, everything looked fine.
Now it sayd pernames.ntf missing, but i’m sure its there. Finaly i did a repair with the notes cd, and the client is working again.
Can someone tell what’s going wrong here
