"Stamping of collection failed"

Hi all,

If I want to add a follow up to a selected mail document, the error occured “Stamping of collection failed”.

Any ideas was is the cause?

Subject: I found what was causing the “Stamping of collection failed” error

I tracked the issue to TeamStudio’s Undo product Version 25. I’ve called TeamStudio support and they are looking into it.

I have just upgraded my TeamStudio products (Undo included) to version E25.1 and it all works now. No errors on StampAll. Thanks for the find!!

Somebody already solved?I’ll investigate my side, but any input is welcome.

Subject: I completed my investigations

The error occurs when the coll.stampAll method is called in the AddFollowupItemsToMessage function.No matter what the first and the second parameters of the signature are, the error is raised.

It looks like the error is linked to the call of the stampAll method itself.

I have reached the limits of what I could investigate…
