SSO not working

Hi all,

since I reinstalled my Notes client, single sign-on is not working anymore. It is installed, enabled and the service is running, but every time I start Notes, I get a password prompt. The user account under which the client was installed has changed, but the password is still the same. Could this have something to do with it?

change your Notes pwd via File → Security-> User Security (or whatever the equivalent menu item is in 7)… this will change both pwds, and should prompt you to relogin to the OS

This doens’t change anything. Only the Notes password changes. Any other suggestions?

did you logout of the OS?

I rebooted after changing the password.

I’ve found SSO works stops working with a single user sign on. After reinstalling as a multi-user, SSO works again. Has anyone figured out a resolution to why it stops working?
