Several of our users have had problems with Notes freezing when they are trying to use Spell Check. I found some suggestions in the forum, but none that helped. We are currently running 8.5.1, FB3.
Is anyone else seeing this problem?
Subject: Is the window offscreen?
I’ve noticed that sometimes the window is just off screen and the client appears to be frozen. It could be from switching resolutions, or switching back and forth between multiple monitors. To verify you can hold alt + space you should see Move / Close menu if you hit M or choose Move you can then use the arrow keys to get it back onto the screen. You can also just try hitting esc in order to close the window.
