Spam Mail

Hi , THere are some messages which we are receiving are from our domain. But the fact is that users donot exists in our domain.

E.g sam@abc.com is sending message to mike@abc.com but the funny part is that we “donot” have any sam@abc.com in our domain abc.com

How can i stop this kind of spam messages.

Any help will be greatfull

Enable “Verify that local domain recipients exist in the Domino Directory:” in the Configuration Document under “Router/SMTP” - “SMTP Inbound Controls” - “Inbound Intended Recipients Controls”

That`s already Enabled…

Hi,

If your domain name is not used to send mail from another server thru SMTP, you can put the name of your own domain in the field “Deny messages from the following internet addresses/domains” in the “inbound sender control” section of your comfiguration document router/restrictions/SMTP inbound
